NAWCAD WOLF- TRANSIT CASES

Solicitation N00421-25-Q-1335 is issued as a brand name procurement. This solicitation is reserved for small business respondents only. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for transit cases (various cases), under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 52.219-6.

Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received by Time 3:00pm (EST) on 8 September 2025 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
