The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Cornet Technology, Inc. (CAGE 0KPC5) for the procurement of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) radio interface sub-systems in support of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center and Remote Radio Secure Voice System communication upgrades. The Cornet VoIP radio interface sub-system is the only known solution that can meet the Government's requirements for in-line external crypto support; reduction in Size, Weight, and Power; support for remote control for all system radios; ability to interface multiple users and Plain Text and Cipher Text; and compatibility with the integrated AN/PRC-160 and AN/PRC-167 radios while being rack-mountable. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received by the response date and time of this notice. Responses must be sent via email to the POC listed.
