    STATEMENT OF WORK

    The Contractor will replace and dispose of the old AC/Furnace unit in quarters # I 0, draw down Freon from old AC unit into approved container.

    Scope of Work/Tasks:

    Contractor will be responsible for the installation of AC/Furnace unit in quarters #IO and to make sure that the that unit is working correctly. Contractor will ensure all equipment is working and online, any equipment used in this contract will be repaired if not working properly.

    Termination of Default:

    In the event the contractor should default in his performance of all or any of this contract, or in the event the contractor does not promptly correct unsatisfactory deficiencies, the government may deduct the cost of defaulted and/or satisfactory services from the next payment to the contractor, and terminate his right to proceed with the service.
