NOTICE OF INTENT
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source purchase order to RESTEK of Bellefonte, PA, UEI: J5MNV36GNKX4, for 2ea Restek Nitrogen Generator General Purpose N2-14 Manufacturer Part # 20677. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334516. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c), the limited Source Documentation is attached.

Please note this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a) (6), In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Award will be posted after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

As this is not a request for competitive quotes, the government encourages all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements to submit in written response describing their ability to provide the product listed above to Robert Radke at robert.j.radke@dea.gov by September 03, 2025 10:00 am EST, and reference number D-25-SS-0046. A decision by the Government not to complete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

This notice does not oblige the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
