NOI TO SOLE SOURCE - CEPHEID REAGENT SUPPLIES - IHHC

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Inscription House Health Center (IHHC) located at Highway 98 & Navajo Route 16, Tonalea, Arizona, 86044, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed soul source contract, with one (1) base year + four (4) option years to Cepheid located on 904 Caribbean Dr., Sunnyside CA 94089, Unites States for necessary reagent for the testing of XPRS4PLEX-10 as required by the Laboratory Department, to be delivered on an as needed basis.

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Cepheid in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an item peculiar to one manufacture.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Cepheid may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Mr. Brandon Martinez, Contract Specialist, at Brandon.Martinez@ihs.gov by 1:00pm (PST) on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
