NOI TO SOLE SOURCE SPACESAVER INTERIORS FOR MOBILE SHELVING UPGRADE

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in accordance with the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13.

Description of Requirement:

Marine Barracks Washington requires an upgrade to the mobile shelving unit for the United States Marine Band's music library. This shelving is essential for the proper storage of music and historical items while maximizing available space. The original system, installed in 2004 during the construction of the Marine Barracks Annex, is now obsolete. The manufacturer can no longer service the existing system, necessitating an upgrade to ensure continued service and preservation of the collection.
