NON-METALLIC HOSES

This notice is issued to inform prospective venders of an upcoming requirement for the procurement of HOSE, NONMETALLIC in accordance with a Government-owned Technical Data Package (TDP). This does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP will be issued on or about 30 April 2026.

Mandatory Vendor Requirements

To be eligible for the forthcoming RFP, vendors must meet the following criteria:

1. SAM.gov Registration: Must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).
2. JCP Certification: Must hold an active certification in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to obtain the TDP. You can access the JCP portal at: https://www.public.dacs.dla.mil/jcp/ext/#ext/dashboard.
3. The HOSE, NONMETALLIC must be produced in accordance with a Government-provided TDP and meet all applicable performance and quality standards.

Instructions for accessing the TDP will be included in the official RFP.

The anticipated acquisition will result in – 5-Year IDIQ contract applicable to the Avenger Weapon System.
