The NAICS Code is 335999 and the PSC code is J061.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted by accessing the specific notice in the PIEE Solicitation Module by 08 July 2026. All responses received by 08 July 2026. will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
