FOB Origin is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirement is at the awardees actual manufacturing facility. Offerors are advised that this procurement contains technical data that is classified at the SECRET level. To be eligible for award, offerors must possess a valid facility clearance and safeguarding capability at the same level. A DD Form 254, Contract Security Classification Specification, will be incorporated into the solicitation and resulting award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery evaluation factors.
