NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION - SOLE SOURCE

This synopsis is to announce that Hanscom Air Force Base, MA, intends to solicit and negotiate a Production contract action, on a sole source basis, for services to support the Commercial Weather Data Pilot (CWDP).

The approximate issuance date for Request for Proposal (RFP), will be 8 September 2024. The issuing Contracting Office's
DODAAC is FA2330; Address, AFLCMC/HBAK.

The resultant contract action will be a 1-year, Firm Fixed Price, Purchase Order.

The Government intends to solicit directly to Windborne Systems, Inc. (CAGE: 8EF33) for the services described herein. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 USC § 4022(f)(2).

This synopsis is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government, or as a Request for Proposal. Additionally, there are no restrictions on foreign participation.
