The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract to LAUDA-Brinkmann, LP, (CAGE Code 5K1Y2), 9 East Stow Road, Suite C, Marlton, New Jersey, 08073 for one (1) LAUDA Integral IN 150 XT temperature control machine (chiller/heater), and supplies. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's System for Awards Management website (https://sam.gov/). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing; and the Product Service Code, 6640, Laboratory Equipment and Supplies. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Please ensure that your company's SAM information is updated and accurate. This includes TIN, EFT, UEI, addresses, and contact information. The EFT banking information on file in SAM will be what the FBI uses to process payment.
