NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE JONATHAN SLIDES

NSWC PHD Port Hueneme, CA hereby gives notice of intent to award a purchase order to Jonathan Engineered Solutions (CAGE Code: SK721) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.102(a), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one reasonable source available.

This procurement is to provide rack mounted retractable slide rails allowing in and out motion of rack mounted systems for maintenance and accessibility universal slide piece attached to unit.  Including pairs of left and right rack mounted pieces.

This is a notice of intent to issue this solicitation on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is NOT a Request For Quotations (RFQ). Any other firms desiring consideration must fully identify their interest and capability to provide these services no later than 15 July 2026 to the individual listed below. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest in writing, to the Government Point of Contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time, 15 July 2026.
