The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only the above mentioned source under authority of 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The J&A for this action will be posted in accordance with FAR 6.305. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, NOR DOES IT RESTRICT THE GOVERNMENT AS TO THE ULTIMATE ACQUISITION APPROACH.
