NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO BLACK RIVER SYSTEMS COMPANY, INC.

This notice is for informational purposes only. The 101st Air Refueling Wing Contracting Office, Bangor, ME, intends to award a single source contract to Black River Systems Company, Inc. for BR4925R Ninja RFFE System; SS-365-SW-CS Ninja Annual Software Support, Library Updates, & Customer Service / Help Desk Support / Support Web-portal Access; SS-365-HW-GEN2 Ninja Gen2 System Hardware Warranty Extension (RMA Mgmt, Factory Repairs); and SS-365-HW-TRX Ninja TRx System Hardware Warranty Extension (RMA Mgmt, Factory Repairs), under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), due to proprietary specialized equipment replacement.

Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing information describing their ability to provide the product listed above. A determination by the Government to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
