NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE FOR KODAK INFO INPUT SOLUTION SOFTWARE LICENSES

Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA), The Personnel Vetting Component (PV) intends to sole-source a firm-fixed-price purchase order to Kodak Alaris LLC for Kodak Info Input Solution software licenses. The NAICS code is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services. The PSC assigned to this requirement is DA10 - IT and Telecom - Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service. This contract action is for items for which the Government intends to solicit from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on January 29, 2026, award will be made without further notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
