NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE
Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Intoximeters Inc., 2081 Craig Road, Saint Louis, MO 63146-4107 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. 

This request is for the purchase of one (1) INTOX DMT SC SLED (PN: DOM-SC-INTOX DMT) wet only w/sim and attachments. attachment includes: USB keyboard, breath tube, stylus pen, power cord, 100 mouthpieces, simulator, warranty, one (1) INTOX DMT SC SLED wet only w/sim attach (PN: 50- 0190-10), one hundred (100) ECIR/DMT CHECKTRAP mouthpiece (PN: 23-0010-00), one (1) DMT ELEC ADAPTR brick only ac/dc 150w 20 (PN:001760-00), one (1) power cord black 120V US-3PIN TO C13 6FT (PN: 27-7020-00), one (1) wet bath Guth 12v500 simulator 100-240v (PN: 22-0315-00), one (1) DMT HRDW MPC retention cap (PN: 001889-00), one (1) warranty: 1-year parts and labor (PN: warr-00) manufactured by Intoximeters Inc. The breathalyzer will be for chemical breath testing to effectively determine driver impairment.
