NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE TO GENERAL DATA COMPANY, INC (CAGE CODE 06GF6)

Defense Health Agency hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price contract on a noncompetitive basis with General Data Company, Inc. The requirement is for the procurement for the preventive maintenance, and repairs, of any and all, of the General Data Laser Cassette Engravers, models CL-12 and CL-01. on behalf of Naval Medical Center San Diego.

General Data has been granted exclusive authorization to provide service, maintenance, support, and repairs for all units of the aforementioned product models. No other service provider is authorized to perform service work on these products.

A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 811210 and the business size standard is $34.0 Million.
