Notice of Intent to Award Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Service Unit in Crownpoint, New Mexico, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with the following vendors: 1. Henry Schein 2. Zoll Medical 3. Carefusion 4. Parts Source The purpose of the Blanket Purchase Agreement is for the delivery of miscellaneous dental, laboratory, and other critical medical equipment parts, material, accessories and hardware, etc. on an as Needed Basis The identified vendors are the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and are the only vendor authorized to provide identified requirement for Crownpoint Healthcare Facility Bio-Medical Department. The NAICS code is 339112, with an associated small business size standard in number of employees of 1,000. The anticipated period of performance is Date of Award (DOA) to one year. No further awards will be made unless the need for Crownpoint Service Unit changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition. Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than June 4th, 2025. In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted.
