Notice of Intent to lease Space using Other Than Full and Open Competition

The U.S. Government intends to award a new lease using other than full and open competition.

Delineated Area: Must be co-located with another federal agency in Muskogee, OK

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,282

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,696 

Space Type: Office

Parking Spaces (Total): 20 reserved, surface parking spaces

Full Term: 15 years

Firm Term: 10 years

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).

To submit a location for inspection, contact the Lease Contracting Officer by 4PM CST no later than 05/05/2026. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.)
