EAST: At point # 2, travel South on North Academy Street.. Take a left on E Hayes Street. Turn right on S Catherine Creek Road. Take a left on E Myers St and continue on Jessie St. Turn right on Ruritan Street, and then left on Jersey Street to point #3. SOUTH: At point #3, travel southwest on Jersey St, and continue on Stokes St. Take a right on S Catherine St, then a left on East/West Memorial Drive to point #4. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Governments requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
