NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE – NAIHS GALLUP SERVICE UNIT – SUPPORT FOR SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEMS

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, NM intends to negotiate a single source award with Clear Cloud Solutions INC (UEI: R74EXX36UNE4) for ongoing support for IP based video surveillance systems at Gallup Indian Medical Center and Tohatchi Health Center. The projected period of performance is 11/1/2025-10/31/2026 with four one-year option periods ultimately ending on 10/31/2029.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811210- Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business Administration size standard of $34.0 million.

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. Clear Cloud Solutions INC provided and installed the systems and the warranty is only valid on products and workmanship installed by Clear Cloud Solutions INC.

This Notice of Intent to Single Source is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with this Notice. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated services may provide a capability statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses to this notice shall be submitted no later than 10:00 AM (MDT) on 10/3/2025 via email to Rodney.Brown@ihs.gov.

A determination by the Government on whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition or proceed with a single-source award.
