NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE AWARD - POWERWULF COMPUTE CLUSTER ZXR1

The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to PSSC Labs. The action will be executed in accordance with GSAR 538.7104-3(b)(ii). See attached redacted Sole Source Justification for additional details. 

The requirement is to provide the following: 

1.  PowerWulf ZXR1+ Cluster H8000G1
PN: PWF-ZXR1-H8000G1: 816 Total AMD EPYC Processor Cores, 4352 GB Total High Performance ECC System Memory. CBeST Cluster Management Toolkit v 6.0.
2.  PowerWulf ZXR1+ Cluster A24000
PN: PWF-ZXR1-A24000: 320 Total AMD EPYC Processor Cores, 1920 GB Total High Performance ECC System Memory. CBeST Cluster Management Toolkit .

Award is anticipated to be made utilizing GSA Multiple Award Schedule 47QTCA24D00FW.

This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or proposal. However, interested parties may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill the requirement via email to Scott Yeaple, scott.yeaple@spaceforce.mil and Jessica Rowe, jessica.rowe.5@spaceforce.mil no later than 06 August 2026 at 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time.  

Any costs incurred in submitting a capabilities statement will not be reimbursed by the Government. Additionally, the information received will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct the procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
