NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE-BLOOMBERG GOVERNMENT ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

The Department of Labor, on behalf of Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs (OCIA), the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), Office of Management and Policy Office of Inspector General (OIG), and the Office of the Secretary (OSEC), intends to negotiate and award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order to Bloomberg Industry Group, Inc., 1801, South Bell Street, Arlington, Virginia 22202-4506, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i)- Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization).

Bloomberg Industry Group, Inc will provide comprehensive subscription services that grant 24/7, 365-day online access to its portal website for users within the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs (OCIA), the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), Office of Management and Policy Office of Inspector General (OIG) and the Office of the Secretary (OSEC). The subscription includes access to Bloomberg Government’s key sections, such as Regulations, Agencies, State Regulations, and Lobbying Intelligence, and is available to up to 26 users located at 200 Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20210.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 519290 with the Size Standard of 1000 employees.
