NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FOR PRINTER SERVICES

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1(b), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and brand-name descriptions.

The US Army Contracting Command -Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Installation and Technology Division, 6472 Integrity Court, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-3013; requires a service contract to provide on-site maintenance and repair services for Zebra ZT-620 Industrial Printers at facilities located in Germersheim and Kaiserslautern, Germany.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to ICS Group (ICS International GmbH), CAGE Code CNLG4. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAlCS) Code is 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) and the Small Business Size Standard is $34,000,000.00.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All responses received within ten (10) days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement in writing no later than 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST), 15 June 2026 with the following information:
