THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. In accordance with FAR subpart 13.5 and 41 U.S.C. 1901, the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Office of the Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC) on behalf of its Office of Quality Operations intends to award a sole source contract to Authentix, Inc. for UCAS2 sensor system annual preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and software upgrades. The UCAS2 sensor system is a Authentix, Inc. proprietary system. The anticipated Period of Performance is for one (1) twelve-month base period and four (4) twelve-month option periods. The places of performance will be performed at the contractor's repair depot location. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation will not be posted. To be considered, responses must be received NO LATER THAN 4:30PM EST, February 28, 2026. Additionally, interested sources must be registered and currently active in the System for Award Management (SAM), found at https://www.sam.gov.
