Mr. Fay has performed modeling to inform water resources planning and management, hydrologic modeling and forecasting, and mitigation and adaptation under extreme weather conditions. He has worked extensively in the Great Lakes region and is intimately familiar with the proven lake level models used in the model framework. Additionally, his work in water resource planning in the Great Lakes region makes him uniquely qualified.
