AD WALLS LLC holds the exclusive rights to post “Billboard-Style” ads in the following properties: Windward Mall, Kapolei Shopping Center, Kapolei Commons, Walmart Honolulu, Ka Makana Ali’i, Moanalua Center, Stadium Marketplace, Pearlridge Center, Pearl Highlands Center, Aina Haina Shopping Center, Maui Mall, and Kukui Grove Center.
The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541850, Indoor and Outdoor Display Advertising, with a size standard in millions of dollars $34.5. Please note that this notice is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ); however, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. Responsible parties who believe they can responsibly meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services no later than 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time, Monday, August 11, 2025.
