AI Summary
The Department of Defense intends to award a sole source contract to Booz Allen Hamilton for Lead System Design Integrator services. This contract will support the design, development, and integration of complex systems for a DoD program, with a five-year ordering period. Interested parties may submit capabilities statements by November 21, 2025.
Additional Information: The Government has a recurring need for Lead System Design Integrator (LSDI) services in support of an existing program for which required tasks associated with performance of the LSDI include commercial engineering services, such as: design activities, fabrication activities of technically complex systems, and integration activities. Currently, the required services are being met through the General Services Administration's (GSA) OASIS contract (GS00Q14OADU108) via the MORPHEUS task order (TO) (47QFCA22F0047), which was awarded to Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. (BAH). Task order 47QFCA22F0047 covers aspects of project design, development, engineering and integration, and operations and sustainment in support of the project; however, the MORPHEUS TO is reaching its ceiling causing its available ordering period to end prematurely, well before the Government's need for LSDI services is complete in 2030.
