NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE- LEVEL 5 AUTOMATED TOOL CONTROL (ATC) TOOLBOXES

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a commercial Sole Source contract to IDSC Holdings LLC (CAGE Code 55719) in accordance with FAR 13.501 and FAR 6.302-1.

This requirement is for Level 5 Automated Tool Control (ATC) Toolboxes.

The contractor shall provide qualified personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Level 5 ATC Toolboxes as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).

The proposed contract action is for a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals and no solicitation nor RFQ will be forthcoming.

Responsible sources may identify their interest and submit a capability statement in response to this notice by August 8, 2025, 11:59 p.m. PST via e-mail to yesica.l.burrill.civ@us.navy.mil which shall be considered by the agency.

Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
