NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - MODIFICATION FOR CONTRACT - W912BU22D0014

The Philadelphia District of the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia, PA intends to award a sole source modification to an existing Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC), Contract Number W912BU22D0014, to Bruce S. Rosenblatt & Associates (BSR) under authority 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(l), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, as implemented by FAR 6.302-l(b)(1)(ii), 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) and 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B). The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541330 Engineering Services with a size standard of $25,500,000.

The purpose of this Modification to increase the capacity of W912BU-22-D-0014 by $4,000,000 to a total capacity of $19M to ensure the Marine Design Center (MDC) can support several Dredge vessel design projects without a break in service.

This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
