NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: NAIHS OEHE - RABIES VACCINATION PURCHASE

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Navajo Area Office located in Window Rock, AZ, intends to place a Purchase Order (PO) with Zoetis, Inc. for various rabies vaccinations for the Office of Environmental Health and Engineering (OEHE) Office at Navajo Area Office.

The anticipated delivery date is 90 days from the date of award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 325414 – Biological Product (except Diagnostic) Manufacturing 1,250 Employees.

No further awards will be made unless the need for Navajo Area Office changes. The prospective, Purchase Order (PO) as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time.  In accordance with Part 12.202(a), for acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), the decision that only one source is available and the basis for the decision.

Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs related to similar requirement being requested to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than 08/10/2026 at 1:00pm MDT.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued.
