NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE | PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE OF HYDROWORX 2000 HYDRO POOL AT LEBANON VA MEDICAL CENTER

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East (RPOE), Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4) intends to award a sole source contract award to HydroWorx International Inc, located at 1420 Stoneridge Dr, Suite C, Middletown, PA 17057 USA.

This requirement is for preventative maintenance inspection of the HydroWorx 2000 Hydro Pool at the Lebanon VA Medical Center in Lebanon, PA. Refer to the DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) for additional information. The preventative maintenance contract is planned for one year, with four additional one-year option periods.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements and must include evidence of being authorized by the manufacturer of the Hydroworx 2000 Hydro Pool to service the system in the Lebanon, PA area. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by October 27th, 2025 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
