NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - RICHMOND AMSA & VMS - SITE VISITS

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price Modifcation to The Mason & Hanger Group, Inc. under task order W912QR23F0429 - Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) and Vehicle Maintenance Shop (VMS) in Richmond, VA.

This is a written notice to inform the public of the Government's intent to award on a sole source basis pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C). This work is considered out of scope because it involves a quantity of additional cost greater than what was originally scoped in the base task order. This out of scope modification will be issued on a sole source basis.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price Modification to Burns & McDonnell Engineers Company, Inc. This requirement is for construction phase site visits.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the Agency.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541330.

Capability statements must be submitted to Alex Hamilton via email at alex.j.hamilton@usace.army.mil no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET), 15 September 2025. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
