A redacted copy of the JNCP is attached to this notice. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals. Interested parties may submit capability information demonstrating their ability to satisfy the Government?s requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of response submission and maintain an active Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE Code.
