NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO RTD PC-104 STACK SYSTEMS

The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Holloman AFB, New Mexico has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to RTD Embedded Technologies, 103 Innovation BLVD, State College, PA 16803. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334111, Electronic Computer Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of $34M.

This purchase order will be to obtain four RTD PC104 Stack Systems for the 704th Test Group. See the attached J&A for details.

The anticipated award date is 30 July 2025. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Although the Government intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, a bid, proposal, or quotation which will be considered by the Government if received no later than 22 July 2025 at 1:00 PM MDT.
