    NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

    Project Title:  Wiring Intermittent Fault Testers (WIFTs) – United States Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) – Common Aviation Support Equipment Program Office (PMA-260)

    General Services Administration hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for the procurement of Wiring Intermittent Fault Testers (WIFTs) for the V-22 platform to Astronics Test Systems Inc, 12700 Ingenuity Drive, Orlando, FL, UEI: LZJCLFKDYJJ3 on behalf of the United States Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) - Common Aviation Support Equipment Program Office (PMA-260).

    The proposed procurement is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 and in accordance with FAR 13.501(a) as only one source will reasonably satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any interested party that believes it can meet the Wiring Intermittent Fault Testers (WIFTs) requirement described herein may provide a response and provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement.  All responses received in writing by September 8, 2025 will be considered by the Government.  Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the supplies outlined in this notice.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.  Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

    The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
