NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

Title: Liquid Oxygen Pump for Station Cryogenics Liquid Oxygen/Nitrogen Generator (LONG) RETROFIT KIT, LOX PUMP, FOR 1.5 TPD & 2.0 TPD ASU PLANTS Replacement for discontinued PIN 788910-002

SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS/QUOTATIONS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT to procure the following material:

The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, supervision, supplies, deliver, install, materials, parts, components, equipment, tools, transportation for the Lox Pump.

The United States Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to Pacific Consolidated Industries, LLC., 12201 Magnolia Avenue Riverside, CA 92503, United States with FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements).  Pacific Consolidated Industries, LLC. is the sole source to provide the material needed because they are the proprietary source that can provide this material.  The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333996.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this electronic notice must be made by 10:00 a.m. Japan Standard Time (JST) on 11 September, 2025.
