NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Brown and Morrison LTD. located at 14201 S Lakes Dr Ste D, Charlotte, NC 28273, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). only one source reasonably available under restrictive rights and exclusive licensing agreements.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

Requirement is for three (3) Flygt Pumps (P/N 3153 185-2527), three (3) Connection (P/N 540 13 05), three (3) Upper Brackets (P/N 613 68 04), three (3) Mini Casts (P/N 40-50 10 98), and three (3) Sockets (P/N 84 55 67), manufactured by Xylem Water Solutions USA, Inc, These items will be used to repair the lift station that regulates water for the Landfill Leachate and Recycling Pond.

Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 3:00 PM EST, on 19 August 2025 via email.
