NOTICE OF INTENT

The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to Callyo 2009 Corp. for the acquisition of video licenses. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and be received by the archive date of this notice. Point of contact is Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov. A Limited Sources Documentation was approved by the Contracting Officer to award a purchase order in pursuant to FAR 13.501(a)(2) (i), the supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source. Pursuant to FAR Part 6.302-1 (a)(2), full and open competition need not be provided for when the supplies or services are available from only one responsible source.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 513210. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Any interested source capable of providing the service should submit a capability statement electronically to Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov
