However, any information received from any organization, before 4:00 PM EST., Friday December 12, that believes it can meet this requirement will be considered by the Government for a competitive procurement action. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Nancy Seale, Contracting Officer at nancy.seale@gsa.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are will not be accepted.
