NOTICE TO INTENT TO AWARD - BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER

Notice of Intent to Award – Blanket Purchase Agreement

In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Service Unit, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, Crownpoint, New Mexico, intends to place Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with Bighorn Ridgerunners, LLC for Reagents, Testing, Lab Supplies and Etc. on an ‘As Needed Basis”

The anticipated period of performance is Date of Award to 1 year.  The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 325413- In-Vitro Diagnostics Substances with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.

No further awards will be made unless the need for Crownpoint Healthcare Facility changes. The prospective, award for a BPA is as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time.  In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition.

Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than September 11, 2025.  In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted. 

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent.
