Competition This requirement has been solicited and awarded to the existing Small Business BPA Master Holder as a Firm-Fixed-Price BPA: 12FPC423A0012 Nutter & Associates, Inc 3. Contract Type A Firm-Fixed-Price call order will be issued under the applicable BPA. 4. Set-Aside Status This BPA call order will remain under the original small business set-aside associated with the BPA Master awards. Only the BPA holder listed in Section 2 is eligible to compete.
