FOB at Origin and Inspection/ Acceptance at Origin. This is not a  Critical Safety Item.  Delivery:100 days after Receipt of Order (ARO) to the designated location. This Solicitation will be unrestricted utilizing other than full and open competition. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price contract for a quantity of 30 each. It is anticipated that an award will be made against to the OEM. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.

A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at DIBBS RFP/IFB/Other RFQs Search Page (dla.mil) on the issue date cited. Enter the solicitation number within the search value area and click the submit button. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents, the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is required. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.

In order to receive an award , regardless of the value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM registration is at http://www.sam.gov. Alternate offers must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for an award If time does not permit evaluation of the SAR package, the alternate offer will not be reviewed for procurement but if approved will be considered for future procurements.
