    PRESOLICITATION NOTICE:  Notice from the Department of War, Defense Logistics Agency, Strategic Acquisition Program Directorate (SAPD) at Columbus, OH.  The SAPD/ZAA Division is intending to issue a solicitation National Stock Number 5963015902418.  The purpose of this anticipated contract is to establish a five (5) year long-term contract for DLA Stock replenishment.

    This acquisition will be awarded on an all or none basis. 

    The solicitation will be for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) with a five-year base period.  The electronic solicitation will be released on Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).

    Solicitation Particulars: 

    The solicitation will be issued as a FAR 12 Commercial Product acquisition. The evaluation will be via Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.  The Government will evaluate offerors following the evaluation procedures defined in Section M of the solicitation. 

    -Higher Level Contract Quality Requirements - Either SAE AS9003 or ISO 9001 tailored to the requirements of SAE AS9003.  Such tailoring shall not affect the organizations' ability, or responsibility to provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. 

    Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (eADQ): 429 units

    Required Delivery: 90 Days 

    Ranges: N/A.  Offers must bid for one (1) price for orders ranging from 1-429 units.
