SITE VISIT INFORMATION:
A site visit will be held on 4 June 2025 starting at 9:00 AM CST on Tinker AFB, OK, so that interested contractors may inspect the site where the work is to be performed to satisfy themselves concerning all general and local conditions which could affect cost of contract performance to the extent such information is available. Interested contractors are required to notify Amy Livengood, Contract Specialist, by email ONLY at amy.livengood@us.af.mil no later than Noon on Friday, May 30th if they plan to attend. Failure to notify Ms. Livengood in a timely manner will likely result in inability to attend the site visit. All interested contractors must attend to be eligible for award; we will not accept quotes from an Offeror who did not attend the site visit.
