This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 11 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation WILL be posted to SAM at https://sam.gov/.

The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N0040625QS490. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-03 Effective 01/17/2025, and the DFARS Change notice 01/17/2025. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: https://www.acquisition.gov/.

The NAICS CODE is 333996 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1250 (# of employees).

This acquisition will be negotiated on a BRAND NAME basis with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) AMPCO PUMPS COMPANY LLC or AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS per FAR 11. Interested AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date. AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR letter or documentation from the OEM is required to be submitted with quotes.

In accordance with FAR 13.106, the Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.
