PRON: AX5C0685AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a one time buy Fixed Price for a quantity of seventy-eight (78) each of Housing, Mechanicald, NSN: 3040-01-407-7298, Part Number: 145R2075-16 applicable to the CH-47 Chinook Helicopter  Weapon system.

Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 1,260 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 840 DACA with deliveries to Corpus Christi, TX, 78419-5255.

The technical data for this part has undergone full screening per DFARS PGI 217.7506, Spare Parts Breakout Program. The  assigned AMC/AMSC is 3P. It mandates the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not  owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer this  part. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) – having only  a limited number of responsible sources.
