OFFICE HVAC SYSTEM REPLACEMENT, COLEBROOK RIVER LAKE, COLEBROOK, CT

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Office HVAC System Replacement, Colebrook River Lake, Colebrook, CT.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and equipment to remove the existing hydronic heat system and all associated components and piping at the Colebrook River Lake Project Office and replace it with a 50-60K BTU energy star or equivalent, 96% AFUE rated or higher, forced air propane Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system and energy star or equivalent hybrid heat pump water heater. As part of the work, the Contractor shall also remove existing hydronic heaters from the garage bays and install new high efficiency propane heaters. The heating system will be updated from oil to propane.

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million.
