Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC), is seeking small business contractors under NAICS 337214 (Office Furniture (Except Wood) Manufacturing), PSC 7110, with the capability to provide the following:
A minimum of twenty four (24) workstations with Electric Height Adjustable Tables. Create eight (8) Floor to Ceiling Modular Offices. A minimum of one hundred and twenty four (124) L-shaped workstations. Seven (7) Desks, One (1) Electric Height Adjustable Table for the office (Total of 25 Height Adjustable Tables), sixty two 62 high-back task chairs, six (6) straight desks, one (1) corner curve desk, and a floor-to-ceiling wall with a sliding door, twenty two (22) guest chairs, miscellaneous storage cabinets and office accessories. Vendor is responsible for verifying the exact measurements, dimensions and interface. A minimum of 36” is required on all cubicles entry and hallway to meet Federal Egress Requirement.
Vendor will remove existing furniture and modular walls and install new furniture as well as clean up after completion of the installation in accordance with generally accepted professional and any associated costs shall be included in vendor’s proposal. Clean up of jobsite to include all packing and shipping materials.
The desired Period of Performance (POP) for this procurement is Upon Award through 01 October 2025. Interested Contractors are requested to provide lead times if the information is available.
The information submitted will be used for acquisition planning purposes. The Government does not commit to providing a response to any comments or questions. No basis for a claim against the government shall arise as a result of this announcement.
