It is anticipated that the BEP will issue a BPA from the effective date of the agreement for a total of 60 months. The delivery schedule will consist of five (5) years or when the BPA ceiling is reached, whichever occurs first.
Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to Jason Roberts via e-mail at jason.roberts@bep.gov by no later than 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST), 23 January 2026. The Quoter shall note in the email subject line “2031ZA26Q00036 Request for Clarification.”
